Mr. Gironda is a Licensed Engineer with approximately 14 years of experience in civil engineering, construction site management and site planning for residential, commercial and institutional projects. His design experience includes the development of engineered site plans and associated wastewater, stormwater, and potable water treatment and conveyance systems, the development of various construction sequencing documents, technical specifications and bid documents for projects of varying scale. His responsibilities on past projects included management of the overall permitting processes for all necessary approvals from Local, State, County and City regulatory agencies, as well as construction supervision to ensure projects were completed in conformance with all applicable conditions of approval. Mr. Gironda rejoined Bibbo Associates, LLP in 2018 and became a partner in the firm in 2020.
