Mr. Gaboury is a Licensed Engineer and has been with Bibbo Associates since starting in 2004 as an Intern Engineer. Since joining Bibbo permanently in 2007, Mr. Gaboury has progressed significantly within the firm and became a partner in 2020. Mr. Gaboury is involved in all aspects of Bibbo Associates land development projects from initial layout, through design and final compliance. His responsibilities include water treatment systems, stormwater management systems, sanitary sewer systems and all aspects of permitting including regulatory meetings. Mr. Gaboury is currently in charge of project approvals through local, state and other involved agencies.
