As a principal of Bibbo Associates, Mr. Allen is responsible for the management and design of projects large and small. Mr. Allen has vast experience in land development projects both in the private and public sector with an emphasis on sanitary engineering, infrastructure design, stormwater management, planning issues and structural design. During Mr. Allen's past employment with the Westchester County Department of Health, he was responsible for most residential and commercial development approvals for Northern Westchester County and made technical contributions in support of the New York City Department of Environmental Protection watershed M.O.A. Mr. Allen has also worked on large land development projects in New Jersey, Massachusetts and hydroelectric/ dam projects in Vermont, Connecticut, Montana, Arkansas and Costa Rica.
